I have lived at 105 Arlington Avenue for two years. It is a lovely building that I am happy to share with my 3 roommates. The location is very convenient at a reasonable price for students to achieve. Throughout my time here I have appreciated the quick responses from Romeo regarding any concerns or questions, especially when dealing with maintenance issues. The maintenance team has been very helpful in addressing issues and working effectively until the issues are fixed. While dealing with personal issues during the time of lease renewal, Romeo’s patience and transparency was extremely helpful at a time of stress. I am grateful for the ability to communicate effectively when needed and come to the right conclusions to ensure that everyone is accounted for. Thank you for the lovely living situation!
